Automatic Intelligent Desktop Metallographic Analyzer
PTI-2014 intelligent desktop metallographic analyzer (integrated automatic metallographic microscope) uses
modern photoelectric technology to realize digital acquisition and processing of metallographic images, and
can automatically quantitatively analyze metallographic images according to national standards, which greatly
reduces the error of human judgment and makes metallographic analysis more accurate, convenient and fast.
And the whole process is automatically operated. The optical part (large metallographic microscope) adopts
excellent infinity optical system and modular function design concept, which can easily upgrade the system and
realize polarized observation and other functions. The compact and stable high-rigidity main body fully reflects
the anti-vibration requirements of microscope operation. The ideal ergonomic design makes the operation more
convenient and comfortable, and the space is wider. It is suitable for the microscopic observation of metallographic
structure and surface morphology, and is an ideal instrument for the study of metallography, mineralogy and precision
engineering.
